From Model Number to Delivered Carton
Most bearing orders go wrong at the spec sheet, not at the price. A 6205 quoted as open when the pump needed 2RS, a UCP205 with the wrong bolt spacing, C0 where the motor needed C3. Those errors appear later, as a claim.

There is no single price list for a bearing order because the same designation is quoted differently by seal, clearance, precision, quantity and packing. Here is what moves the figure and how the figure is produced.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I confirm the bearing size before ordering?
Send the designation from the old bearing, or measure bore, outside diameter and width and use the Bearing Size Finder. We return a spec sheet with d / D / B, seal, clearance and precision, and quote only after you confirm it.
Can you supply bearings with our own marking and box?
Yes. Marking on the bearing, the box and the carton is agreed on the spec sheet before packing. Neutral packing is the default; customer marking is added once the model list is stable.
How are bearings packed for export?
Individual box, export carton and pallet, with anti-rust oil and inner wrapping for sea freight. Carton labels are reconciled with the packing list before loading.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Sample pieces are sent by courier so you can measure and fit them. The sample and courier charges are stated on the quotation.
What payment instruments do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T) and letter of credit are the usual instruments. The split and timing are written on the proforma invoice for each order.
How is lead time stated?
Stock items ship after packing and document checks. Non-stock items get a production window on the quotation and the proforma invoice, counted from payment confirmation.
Which precision classes are available?
P0 is standard for all categories. P6 is available for deep groove ball, tapered roller and spherical roller bearings on request; specify it on the RFQ if the drawing calls for it.
Open, ZZ or 2RS: which seal should I choose?
Open for gearboxes and housings with their own lubrication; ZZ metal shields for clean, dry, higher-speed positions such as motors; 2RS rubber seals where dust or moisture reaches the bearing.
How do I cross-reference a brand number to your designation?
Use the Bearing Cross Reference tables for the base designation and suffix meaning. If the number is not listed, send it with a photo and we identify the ISO designation.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB, CIF and EXW. The Incoterm, port and what is included are written on every quotation so freight and insurance are not hidden in the unit price.
What happens if a batch does not match the spec sheet?
Non-conforming items are marked as exceptions on the spec sheet and held, not substituted. Claims are reviewed against the inspection record and the affected pieces are replaced or credited.
How can I inspect the goods before shipment?
Ask for the batch inspection record and carton photos, arrange a live video walkthrough, or appoint a third-party inspector. Load ratings available on request for the specific batch and manufacturer.
